Thailand promotes low-carbon, gastronomic travel activities

(Bangkok Post) “The Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (Dasta) will spend 505 million baht to promote community tourism and serve rising demand from tourists craving new travel experiences. Of the amount, 338 million baht will be used to promote 66 local communities, with the rest going to six special tourist destinations, director-general Nalikatibhag Sangsnit said.”
