The construction of the world’s longest cable car project in Dominica is widening the rift between the ones who favour it and only a handful of people who have been trying to highlight the project in a negative light with a narrative that is founded on misconceptions.
Few people who are highly influenced by the opposition have been using different platforms to criticize the project while pointing out unnecessary and baseless flaws. Various illogical narratives such as the project will not benefit the country, it will be a threat to the UNESCO World Heritage status of the Morne Trois Pitons National Park and many more are propagating across the country in an attempt to defame the country and its integrity worldwide. The propaganda of maligning the efforts of Dominica on the path of development has been spread by the haters who have nothing to do with the welfare of the country.
