Ko Koens

Ko Koens is Associate Professor at Breda University of Applied Sciences. He is co-author of the UNWTO report “Overtourism? Understanding and managing urban tourism growth beyond perceptions” and project leader of the EU funded project ‘Smart City Hospitality’ (SCITHOS), which employs serious gaming techniques to support stakeholders to transform tourism in a way that enables it to support a sustainable development of the city as a whole.
