In the frames of the Sustainable Winter Tourism Development Project in Kyrgyzstan run by Helvetas and funded by the Government of Switzerland, we have conducted a sustainability assessment of the Karakol city. Destination has been assessed against 30 sustainability criteria, according to the Green Destinations standard.
