The scheme aims to slash emissions, reduce pollution and improve accessibility for the city\u2019s residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBy introducing free transport, we are bold in taking a great measure of social justice, of progress, which works for the ecological transition,\u201d tweeted the mayor of Montpellier, Micha\u00ebl Delafosse when the scheme was announced earlier this
