En 2012 se superaron los 1.000 millones de turistas internacionales; el a\u00f1o pasado hubo 1.400 millones. Los procesos de turistificaci\u00f3n se extendieron por todo el planeta, aunque de manera desigual, y se extendieron las din\u00e1micas de mercantilizaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica hacia nuevos \u00e1mbitos como la vivienda. Eso atrajo a los capitales financieros, que han ido cobrando protagonismo en la acumulaci\u00f3n de base tur\u00edstica. La pandemia ha mandado parar y el turismo global es el Lehman Brothers de la crisis del covid-19. Los escenarios de incertidumbre hacen que sea pr\u00e1cticamente imposible reactivar el ciclo tur\u00edstico, ya que este requiere hipermovilidad y aglomeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El&nbsp;<em>spanish model<\/em>&nbsp;se ha centrado en el monocultivo del turismo y el ladrillo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo afecta a la econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola el desplome del sector tur\u00edstico?<\/strong><br>El hundimiento del sector tiene y tendr\u00e1 un impacto brutal en la econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola. Hay que tener en cuenta que muchos puestos de trabajo est\u00e1n directa o indirectamente vinculados al turismo. Adem\u00e1s, la crisis de producci\u00f3n derivada del confinamiento va a mutar en crisis de demanda tras la ola de despidos que se puede producir cuando nos enfrentemos a la crudeza de la imposibilidad de volver a la \u201cnormalidad\u201d. Con una incidencia diferente, ya que los archipi\u00e9lagos dependen mucho m\u00e1s del turismo internacional que las zonas tur\u00edsticas peninsulares. La interrupci\u00f3n de los vuelos internacionales supone el descalabro de las econom\u00edas insulares, mientras el turismo dom\u00e9stico podr\u00e1 tener todav\u00eda un cierto peso en las peninsulares. La dimensi\u00f3n inmobiliaria vinculada al turismo se ver\u00e1 muy tocada en todas las provincias tur\u00edsticas litorales. Ahora los activos tur\u00edsticos son activos t\u00f3xicos, incluso en la meca del turismo europeo que es Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ante un horizonte marcado por la emergencia clim\u00e1tica y la profundizaci\u00f3n de la brecha social, \u00bfqu\u00e9 papel pueden jugar los movimientos y las redes contrahegem\u00f3nicas?<\/strong><br>La crisis que se abre ahora, cuyo origen es la ruptura metab\u00f3lica planetaria, se puede interpretar como la antesala de la quiebra del capitalismo global, recordando a Ram\u00f3n Fern\u00e1ndez Dur\u00e1n. La experiencia reciente de la crisis de 2008 y sus soluciones est\u00e1n demasiado frescas en la memoria colectiva. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha ganado terreno la lucha contra el capitalismo f\u00f3sil y el cambio clim\u00e1tico, desde posturas cada vez m\u00e1s radicales. Ambas deben servirnos de marco de referencia a partir del cual construir las v\u00edas de reorganizaci\u00f3n social y pol\u00edtica, articulando una posici\u00f3n frontal a las pol\u00edticas<em>&nbsp;business as usual&nbsp;<\/em>y construyendo narrativas y proyectos que permitan vislumbrar un horizonte m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del capital y sus
