Los hoteles de las cadenas que han participado conciencian a sus clientes y forman a sus empleados para&nbsp;separar los alimentos de forma eficiente. El&nbsp;Ayuntamiento los recoge selectivamente y sin mezclar con otros residuos. En tercer lugar&nbsp;TIRME gestiona el&nbsp;residuo&nbsp;org\u00e1nico&nbsp;para transformarlo en compost ecol\u00f3gico y en cuarto lugar los agricultores de Agromallorca y Son March cultivan vegetales demandados por los hoteles empleado el compost generado y \u201ccerrando el c\u00edrculo de colaboraci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la tecnolog\u00eda de una empresa tambi\u00e9n local, TIRME puede saber la cantidad de toneladas de residuos que genera cada hotel y de esa forma calcular cu\u00e1nto compost se produce con ese desperdicio. Gracias al trabajo que se hace con los agricultores tambi\u00e9n sabe la cantidad de tomates, calabacines y otros vegetales pueden producirse por hect\u00e1rea y tonelada de compost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En principio \u201cla idea es intentar extenderlo a todo el sector,&nbsp;porque esto genera empleo local con los agricultores y una&nbsp;mejor aceptaci\u00f3n social de la poblaci\u00f3n local respecto a
