Con la externalizaci\u00f3n del servicio que realiza el sector de la hosteler\u00eda las camareras de piso quedan fuera del convenio en una situaci\u00f3n de desprotecci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan reivindican.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piden m\u00e1s implicaci\u00f3n a las instituciones europeas porque no ven que avancen de forma clara hacia la regulaci\u00f3n de su trabajo. Por ello han presentado un borrador de directiva espec\u00edfica que busca eliminar la terciarizaci\u00f3n de las relaciones laborales. La propuesta presentada al Parlamento Europeo y al Consejo de la UE viene encabezada por el t\u00edtulo \u00abdirectiva relativa a la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores contra los riesgos
