Los puntos clave para crear ese storytelling pasan por&nbsp;poner la historia en el centro, emocionar&nbsp;para motivar la conexi\u00f3n y&nbsp;cautivar&nbsp;para enganchar al p\u00fablico en la \u00e9poca de infoxicaci\u00f3n en la que vivimos. A ello se a\u00f1ade una&nbsp;promesa, ya que toda marca debe prometer algo y cumplirlo para ganarse la confianza del cliente; y que sea&nbsp;f\u00e1cil de recordar y explicar&nbsp;porque el usuario no quiere pensar, quiere que le den las cosas f\u00e1ciles\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ese&nbsp;storytelling emocional&nbsp;que le permite a la empresa, seg\u00fan Guardiola, \u201ccautivar y enganchar al cliente&nbsp;cont\u00e1ndole su historia\u201d, le facilita asimismo \u201cdestacar entre el resto de negocios; crear relaciones personales&nbsp;con clientes actuales y potenciales; y&nbsp;motivar a posibles clientes&nbsp;a saber m\u00e1s de tu negocio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La experiencia se erige as\u00ed, seg\u00fan sus propias palabras, en \u201cun&nbsp;valor diferenciador: c\u00f3mo haces sentir al cliente. Un&nbsp;valor emocional. De hecho la obsesi\u00f3n de las marcas deber\u00eda ser la&nbsp;experiencia de usuario, por encima de las ventas, porque si es \u00f3ptima garantiza una venta a medio y largo plazo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que las experiencias se han convertido en un&nbsp;nuevo s\u00edmbolo de status, seg\u00fan ha reconocido&nbsp;Natalia Zapatero, por lo que ha aconsejado \u201cun dise\u00f1o metodol\u00f3gico y estrat\u00e9gico de experiencias para ofrec\u00e9rselas al cliente en cada punto de contacto en su itinerario\u201d.
