Amengual, Director General de Viva-Excellence Hotels, asegur\u00f3 que la tendencia que hoy se observa en los proyectos hoteleros tiene que ver con&nbsp;integrar el hotel en su entorno, fomentar experiencias compartidas, apostar por una cocina saludable, proyectar las instalaciones hacia el exterior, invertir en el concepto de la \u2018habitaci\u00f3n inteligente, y&nbsp;exigir proveedores sostenibles que apoyen el trabajo local, entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igone Bartomeu&nbsp;Gerente de Public Affairs, Comunicaci\u00f3n y Sostenibilidad del \u00c1rea Este de Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP), coment\u00f3 que la compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1 trabajando en esa l\u00ednea para adaptarse a la demanda de los hoteles y del consumidor final. \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 forma? Reduciendo el az\u00facar en sus productos, adoptando una gesti\u00f3n responsable del agua en los procesos de producci\u00f3n y retornando un 13% a la naturaleza. Adem\u00e1s, han decidido&nbsp;contratar proveedores que garanticen el uso de ingredientes 100% responsables y sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel Andr\u00e9 Cend\u00f3n,&nbsp;Cheff Corporativo de&nbsp;Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe Hotels y Resorts, hizo una reflexi\u00f3n sobre el desperdicio de alimentos y defendi\u00f3 el consumo de productos &#8220;t\u00edpicos del destino local&#8221;.
