Para gestionar Barcelona como una ciudad inteligente debemos tener claro qu\u00e9 hacer con los datos que obtenemos de los usuarios; datos que han de ser p\u00fablicos\u201d. Y es que, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, \u201clos datos ya existen, pero hay una cuesti\u00f3n legal porque no tiene suficientes herramientas legales para poder manejarlos\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El uso de esos datos, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 Leid Zejnilovic, profesor asistente de la Nova School of Business and Economics de la Universidad de Lisboa, \u201cnos permite conocer los movimientos de los turistas, c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan con los locales, cu\u00e1les son sus preferencias, los lugares que m\u00e1s les gustan porque suele ser donde se hacen m\u00e1s fotos, etc.\u201d. Pero tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que hay otros aspectos que generan controversia, como \u201cqui\u00e9n debe liderar la utilizaci\u00f3n de esos datos; no tenemos todos los que necesitamos y encima quieren cobrarlos. \u00bfDeber\u00edan ser p\u00fablicos? Tampoco proporcionan informaci\u00f3n suficiente sobre los h\u00e1bitos de los residentes como s\u00ed la ofrecen de los turistas\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para paliar estas debilidades Amsterdam est\u00e1 invirtiendo en inteligencia artificial enfocada, como se\u00f1al\u00f3 Geerte Udo, directora asociada de Estrategia de Amsterdam Marketing, a \u201cconocer las preferencias y necesidades del usuario. Para ello estamos probando en una primera fase con los residentes y as\u00ed extraemos conclusiones y aprendemos. Porque est\u00e1 claro que la inteligencia artificial es el futuro, pero ahora mismo nos ofrece en ocasiones resultados err\u00f3neos sobre c\u00f3mo se comportan los locales; es como un ni\u00f1o: necesita tiempo para aprender pero todo va demasiado r\u00e1pido, y es lo que estamos haciendo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejando a un lado la aplicaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda para solventar los problemas de saturaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica, Claudio Milano, director del Programa de Master en Destinos de Turismo Sostenible y Planificaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica Regional de Ostelea, subray\u00f3 la paradoja existente en \u201cla b\u00fasqueda de la autenticidad en un mundo globalizado, con el riesgo de saturaci\u00f3n de determinados destinos\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n, por tanto, debe ser \u201cuna&nbsp;combinaci\u00f3n de herramientas t\u00e9cnicas y pol\u00edticas, un conjunto de acciones no aisladas, porque est\u00e1 claro que no se pueden cerrar los destinos m\u00e1s masificados por el impacto econ\u00f3mico que supondr\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello propuso \u201cun cambio de paradigma en el modelo tur\u00edstico contempor\u00e1neo\u201d, que implique una transformaci\u00f3n en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Promoci\u00f3n<\/strong>: \u201cPromover atracciones tur\u00edsticas en lugar de gestionar productos, adem\u00e1s de promocionar productos m\u00e1s sostenibles en su triple enfoque: econ\u00f3mico, social y medioambiental\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Gobernanza<\/strong>: \u201cUna mejor gobernabilidad con planes estrat\u00e9gicos de turismo de la mano de los actores econ\u00f3micos y sociales implicados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Marketing basado en \u201cstorytelling<\/strong>, de manera que se cuenten los destinos, no s\u00f3lo promocionarlos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo as\u00ed, como concluy\u00f3 Milano, \u201cpodremos pasar de un turismo excluyente a un turismo inclusivo.
