He aqu\u00ed algunas de las principales conclusiones de dos d\u00edas de trabajo tras compartir opiniones y visiones de todas partes del mundo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El turismo sigue al alza<\/strong>. En 2018 el PIB del sector super\u00f3 al de la econom\u00eda global por octavo a\u00f1o consecutivo y est\u00e1 previsto que cree 100 millones de nuevos puestos de trabajo en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Espa\u00f1a tiene mucho m\u00e1s que ofrecer adem\u00e1s de sus playas<\/strong>. El&nbsp;<strong>turismo rural<\/strong>&nbsp;es un foco con potencial para el crecimiento, ofreciendo oportunidades de empleo all\u00ed donde m\u00e1s se necesitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Son los viajeros los que est\u00e1n impulsando la agenda de sostenibilidad<\/strong>. Est\u00e1n empezando a demandar cambios, por lo que el sector tiene que actuar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido porque ya no quieren limitarse s\u00f3lo a visitar un destino, sino que quieren enriquecerlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00f3lo acabamos de empezar a hablar de&nbsp;China<\/strong>. Existen 417 millones de&nbsp;<strong>milenials&nbsp;<\/strong>chinos, una cifra superior a la de la poblaci\u00f3n de Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 juntas, y actualmente s\u00f3lo el 9% de los chinos tiene pasaporte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los ascensores pueden generar energ\u00eda<\/strong>. La sostenibilidad fue un componente clave del plan de renovaci\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>Empire State Building<\/strong>&nbsp;y ahora sus 67 nuevos ascensores son acumuladores de energ\u00eda: los que bajan generan la necesaria para los que suben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las pr\u00e1cticas inclusivas en el negocio son muy rentables<\/strong>. Los clientes con discapacidad muestran un mayor nivel de fidelidad, por lo que su valor a largo plazo es significativamente m\u00e1s elevado que la media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El discurso sobre el&nbsp;cambio clim\u00e1tico&nbsp;necesita renovarse<\/strong>, porque existe la percepci\u00f3n de que afrontarlo tiene un gran coste econ\u00f3mico, aunque la idea de que las empresas no pueden enfocarse en el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico abordando el cambio clim\u00e1tico tambi\u00e9n es un falso dilema.
