Es un destino tur\u00edstico popular entre los lime\u00f1os, que lo prefieren por su agradable clima y para pasar el d\u00eda en uno de sus numerosos restaurants campestres. Sin embargo, el potencial tur\u00edstico de Cieneguilla no se reduce a un destino de fin de semana, sino que su rico patrimonio cultural invitan a pasar m\u00e1s tiempo redescubriendo este destino. Durante nuestro paso por Lima y de la mano de Nicolas Derval, miembro de <a href=\"http:\/\/facebook.com\/cidtur.peru\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CIDTUR (Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo e Innovaci\u00f3n en Turismo),<\/a> tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar Cieneguilla y conocer m\u00e1s sobre sus aspiraciones de convertirse en un destino tur\u00edstico sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolas, quien lleg\u00f3 desde Breta\u00f1a, Francia a trabajar a Cieneguilla de la mano de CIDTUR, est\u00e1 a cargo del \u00e1rea de turismo en la Municipalidad y desde hace varios a\u00f1os trabaja para posicionar el destino y darle mayor visibilidad. Su objetivo es el de transformar Cieneguilla en un destino inteligente, entendiendo por esto no s\u00f3lo una mayor digitalizaci\u00f3n, con la creaci\u00f3n de zonas wifi y el uso de sistemas QR para la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de puntos tur\u00edsticos, sino tambi\u00e9n el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas para crear un destino sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>Con este objetivo en mente se cre\u00f3 la Marca Cieneguilla, se comenzaron a recopilar estad\u00edsticas para conocer el perfil de visitantes del destino y la consulta a las empresas del sector. Una de sus primeras acciones fue reactivar la c\u00e1mara de comercio y turismo local, para que los empresarios trabajen juntos, organiz\u00e1ndose para prestar mejores servicios e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Utilizando plataformas digitales, Cieneguilla cuenta hoy con varios portales para el desarrollo del sector, incluyendo CAPACITUR (para oportunidades de entrenamiento profesional), OBSERVATUR (Observatorio de Turismo) y COORDINATUR (para coordinar las actividades de los empresarios tur\u00edsticos).<\/p>\n<p>El gran atractivo de Cieneguilla (y a\u00fan poco aprovechado) es el <a href=\"http:\/\/turismo.municieneguilla.gob.pe\/espacio-pro\/excelencia-turistica\/destino-qhapac-nan\/proyecto-integral-huaycan-de-cieneguilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Huayc\u00e1n<\/a>, sitio arqueol\u00f3gico de gran importancia al ser parte de la red de caminos inca Qhapac \u00d1an, que se extend\u00eda por 30.000 km y es parte del patrimonio cultural UNESCO desde 2014. Huayc\u00e1n era una antigua ciudadela Ychsma, posteriormente transformada por los Incas en uno de los centros administrativos m\u00e1s importantes de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La puesta en valor de este sitio es iniciativa del Ministerio de Cultura y una parte fundamental del proyecto consiste en involucrar a las comunidades vecinas al Huayc\u00e1n en la gesti\u00f3n del sitio, para incentivarlos a valorar y promover su propio patrimonio. De esta manera, se cre\u00f3 la figura de \u201corientador cultural\u201d, voluntarios que han sido capacitados para recibir a los visitantes y acompa\u00f1arlos en el recorrido del sitio. A su vez se involucr\u00f3 a las asociaciones comunales, a las escuelas de la zona en programas educativos y se crearon distintas asociaciones, como el colectivo de artesanas peleteras y el grupo de emprendedores, que ofrecen sus productos a los visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace siete a\u00f1os se celebra aqu\u00ed la \u201cSemana del Patrimonio Cultural\u201d donde se combinan danza, m\u00fasica y teatro con el fin de promover la importancia de cuidar este sitio patrimonial. De esta manera, Cieneguilla se perfila como un destino de turismo cultural de gran inter\u00e9s, sobre todo por la posibilidad de promoverse conjuntamente con otras localidades ubicadas en el tramo Jauja-Pachac\u00e1mac del Camino del Inca.<\/p>\n<p>En estos d\u00edas Cieneguilla se prepara para recibir otro importante evento: la segunda edici\u00f3n de<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/433948406999922\/\">FINTUR Green Edition<\/a>,<\/strong> uno de los seis formatos de foros internacionales de turismo creado por CIDTUR. Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0gracias a una decisi\u00f3n unanime del Consejo Directivo DE CIDTUR, cada a\u00f1o m\u00e1s de 50 alumnos seleccionados de las mejores Universidades del Per\u00fa participaran gratuitamente en el encuentro.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o, el evento se lleva a cabo el 21 de septiembre en el Centro de Interpretaci\u00f3n Cultural de Cieneguilla, en la Plaza de Armas, y el tema elegido es \u201cEl Compromiso del Turismo ante la Amenaza del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico\u201d. El evento ser\u00e1 inaugurado por el Ministro de Turismo de Per\u00fa, Lic. Rogers Valencia y contar\u00e1 con ponentes nacionales e internacionales.
