G<\/span>racias a un\u00a0acuerdo\u00a0alcanzado con el\u00a0Ayuntamiento\u00a0de Barcelona, por el cual el consistorio comunicaba a Airbnb los apartamentos ilegales anunciados en su plataforma, la empresa ha retirado un total de 1.200 anuncios en lo que va de a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de los 1.300 retirados tras la limitaci\u00f3n de una sola propiedad y anuncio en el distrito de Ciutat Vella, el cual ha conseguido disminuir un 4% los anuncios en el distrito.<\/p>\n

El director Airbnb para Espa\u00f1a y Portugal, Arnaldo Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, asegura que est\u00e1n comprometidos con la meta de un turismo m\u00e1s sostenible y colaborar con las administraciones de Barcelona para aplicar medidas para mejorar la gentrificaci\u00f3n en diferentes zonas de la ciudad.<\/p>\n

Desde Airbnb se reclama una normativa que regule el home sharing, decreto de momento paralizado y que deber\u00e1 implementar el\u00a0 Ayuntamiento de Barcelona. Por el momento, Barcelona sigue estando entre los cinco puestos de ciudades preferidas en Airbnb.<\/p>\n
