{"id":21687,"date":"2017-11-11T12:41:38","date_gmt":"2017-11-11T11:41:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/travindy.com\/es\/?p=21687"},"modified":"2017-11-11T12:41:38","modified_gmt":"2017-11-11T11:41:38","slug":"un-viaje-de-investigacion-en-busca-de-un-turismo-mejor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/travindy.com\/news\/2017\/11\/un-viaje-de-investigacion-en-busca-de-un-turismo-mejor\/","title":{"rendered":"Un viaje de investigaci\u00f3n en busca de un Turismo mejor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21688\" src=\"https:\/\/travindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/girl-2696947_1280.jpg\" alt=\"Un viaje de investigaci\u00f3n en busca de un Turismo mejor\" width=\"700\" height=\"471\" srcset=\"https:\/\/travindy.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/girl-2696947_1280.jpg 700w, https:\/\/travindy.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/girl-2696947_1280-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span class=\"wpsdc-drop-cap\">E<\/span>n el A\u00f1o Internacional del Turismo Sostenible para el Desarrollo, hay quienes a\u00fan seguimos cuestionando los efectos que la actividad tur\u00edstica genera sobre las comunidades locales. \u00a0Con la mira depositada en los esperanzadores proyectos de gesti\u00f3n comunitaria del turismo, iniciar\u00e9 en Noviembre un recorrido por Centroam\u00e9rica para conocer personalmente, analizar y difundir iniciativas que empoderen a sectores populares y colaboren diaria y verdaderamente con la lucha internacional contra la pobreza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hay dudas que la actividad tur\u00edstica es una de las que mayores ingresos genera en cualquier lugar del mundo. Pero se suele confundir crecimiento con desarrollo. A pesar de la aparici\u00f3n de muchos sellos de sostenibilidad y etiquetas de responsabilidad, todav\u00eda estamos inmersos en un contexto mundial de sobreexplotaci\u00f3n de recursos, pol\u00edticas extractivistas y un desesperado crecimiento a ciegas. En general, los beneficios econ\u00f3micos se concentran en pocas manos, los puestos de trabajos est\u00e1n muy precarizados, en la mayor parte de los casos los y las residentes locales no tienen voz ni voto en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. Adem\u00e1s, los recursos naturales y culturales est\u00e1n siendo exterminados, al igual que la biodiversidad del planeta. La exclusi\u00f3n social se sigue proliferando y en m\u00e1s ocasiones de las que nos gustar\u00eda, no se respetan derechos humanos b\u00e1sicos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os un nuevo concepto enciende una luz de esperanza para quienes creemos que otro turismo es posible. Se trata del Turismo Comunitario, pero no como un producto o tipolog\u00eda m\u00e1s, sino como una forma de gesti\u00f3n en la que los recursos, servicios y beneficios de la actividad est\u00e1n controlados por la comunidad local. Esta modalidad de administraci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el objeto de estudio de mi viaje de investigaci\u00f3n <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl Turismo como propiedad comunitaria\u201d,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ya que considero que genera las condiciones necesarias para lograr que la actividad tur\u00edstica sea un verdadero factor de desarrollo sostenible. Sin embargo, as\u00ed como debemos aprender de estas formas de gesti\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n las debemos estudiar \u00edntegramente para re-construirlas colectivamente d\u00eda a d\u00eda, mejorar sus\/nuestros resultados, darlas a conocer y fomentar su efecto multiplicador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centroam\u00e9rica es una de las regiones que m\u00e1s proyectos de gesti\u00f3n comunitaria desarrolla actualmente. En este viaje de investigaci\u00f3n, que durar\u00e1 aproximadamente 4 meses, visitar\u00e9 personalmente diversas iniciativas localizadas en Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala y M\u00e9xico. El d\u00eda a d\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n se podr\u00e1 seguir en la web <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.turismodespierto.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.turismodespierto.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/turismodespierto\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facebook<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/turdespierto\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">twitter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/turismodespierto\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instagram<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para que todas aquellas personas que se vean interesadas en conocer y fomentar un turismo m\u00e1s justo puedan participar y sumarse a nuestra experiencia, ya que sin lugar a dudas, el cambio que buscamos generar debe ser colectivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sue\u00f1o por un turismo mejor no est\u00e1 perdido. Con aciertos y falencias, muchas asociaciones, organizaciones, comunidades y cooperativas han puesto en marcha una maquinaria que busca ser lo m\u00e1s humana posible. Es mi deseo que <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl Turismo como propiedad comunitaria\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sea un peque\u00f1o aporte para que en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os la gesti\u00f3n comunitaria del turismo conforme una base s\u00f3lida para organizarse y tomar decisiones (p\u00fablicas y privadas) en favor de un turismo constructor de un
