Hotel Case Studies include Martin&#8217;s, the Belgian hotel whose circular economy focus was <a href=\"\/?p=18525\" rel=\"nofollow\">profiled in Travindy here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Take a Green Step has been produced by the European Commission&#8217;s Directorate General for the Environment, supported by the European Commission&#8217;s Joint Research Centre, with content\u00a0based on the Best Environmental Management Practices (BEMPs) for the Tourism sector developed in the framework of the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.takeagreenstep.eu\">Find
