L<\/span>os d\u00edas 23 y 24 de mayo tuvo lugar en Asturias el\u00a0Congreso Europeo de Turismo Rural (COETUR). Durante la mesa redonda sobre turismo sostenible se expusieron, desde una perspectiva pr\u00e1ctica y largoplacista, las tendencias de consumo en materia ecotur\u00edstica para ayudar a los destinos en su apuesta por la sostenibilidad, un factor diferenciador al alza, y para comprobar si los empresarios est\u00e1n preparados para afrontar la demanda.<\/p>\n

El moderador, Enric L\u00f3pez, pidi\u00f3 consejos para conseguir comunicar sostenibilidad. \u201cImpregnar de sostenibilidad un alojamiento rural es muy sencillo porque es cuesti\u00f3n de voluntad\u201d, dijo Xavi Basora. En ese sentido dio detalles sencillos: una jarra de agua en lugar de una botella, un picnic tradicional y local en lugar del pack del supermercado, informaci\u00f3n sobre la oferta complementaria de la zona. \u201cLuego hay que explicar estos peque\u00f1os detalles porque no se ponen en valor\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Basora, \u201cy a veces parece que hasta da miedo decirlo, cuando a los ecoturistas nos encanta\u201d. Por \u00faltimo, subray\u00f3 la pasi\u00f3n como actitud: \u201chay que cre\u00e9rselo\u201d.<\/p>\n
