F<\/span>or the third year running,\u00a0Wesgro<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Cape Town and the Western Cape\u2019s official tourism, trade and investment promotion agency \u2013 is the main sponsor for the African Responsible Tourism Awards.\u00a0\u00a0 Winners of the 2017\u00a0African Responsible Tourism Awards,<\/a>\u00a0a part of the\u00a0World Responsible Tourism Awards<\/a>, will be announced in Cape Town at the CTICC during\u00a0Africa Travel Week<\/a>\u00a02017.<\/p>\n

The African Responsible Tourism Awards are organised by Better Tourism Africa, and are hosted by\u00a0World Travel Market Africa (WTM Africa)<\/a>. \u00a0The African regional awards are a part of the World Responsible Tourism Awards family, the leading global awards recognising achievement and innovation in responsible tourism. In 2016 the world awards founded by\u00a0Responsible Travel<\/a>\u00a0celebrated 13 years at WTM London. Several\u00a0category winners<\/a>\u00a0in the 2016 African round came out tops in the\u00a02016 World Responsible Tourism Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n
