En palabras de Cifuentes, se apuesta por \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eleconomista.es\/economia\/noticias\/7797936\/09\/16\/Cifuentes-presenta-la-Estrategia-de-Turismo-de-la-region-para-20162019.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">un turismo de calidad, por atraer turistas pero no a cualquier precio, sino de modo sostenible<\/a>\u201d. Por su parte, Aguado destac\u00f3 que el plan busca un \u201cturismo inteligente y sostenible\u201d al mismo tiempo que se busca que Madrid se convierta en \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/local\/madrid\/20160902\/4162667681\/madrid-caza-turista-2017.html\" target=\"_blank\">una de las diez regiones m\u00e1s visitadas del mundo<\/a>\u201d que genere empleo y bienestar social.<\/p>\n<p>El binomio crecimiento tur\u00edstico y sostenibilidad, como m\u00ednimo, parece antag\u00f3nico si no se marcan l\u00edmites al crecimiento. Inevitablemente nos viene a la mente la problem\u00e1tica de destinos nacionales como, por ejemplo, Barcelona o las Islas Baleares, o internacionales, como\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=13390\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Venecia<\/a>, debido al crecimiento tur\u00edstico incontrolado. La naci\u00f3n isle\u00f1a del Atl\u00e1ntico Norte conocida por sus paisajes agrestes, la aurora boreal, y las innovaciones art\u00edsticas se ha convertido en un destino muy popular durante todo el a\u00f1o, solidificando el importante papel econ\u00f3mico que ahora juega el\u00a0turismo. Eran 120.000 residentes en los a\u00f1os 60. El turismo masivo ha incrementado los precios dr\u00e1sticamente y los trabajos disponibles en el sector tur\u00edstico en general no est\u00e1n remunerados lo suficiente como para permitir a los venecianos seguir viviendo en las casas que sus padres y abuelos sol\u00edan vivir.<\/p>\n<p>Hace dos meses esta ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad desde 1987 recibi\u00f3 un\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lasprovincias.es\/sociedad\/201607\/18\/ultimatum-venecia-20160718123549.html\" target=\"_blank\">ultim\u00e1tum de la Unesco<\/a>. Antes de febrero de 2017 deben adoptar medidas de peso para reducir el impacto del turismo. La Unesco pide dejar fuera a los megacruceros y poner un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo a la entrada de turistas. Y quieren empezar controlando el alquiler privado de pisos como hoteles temporales. Actualmente los vecinos pueden alquilarlos durante 60 d\u00edas al a\u00f1o.
