itself into the spotlight and critics claim the programme lacks integrity. \u201cThe GreenLeaders programme falls a bit short in external review,\u201d explains Randy Durband, CEO of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). \u201cIt does not adequately educate travellers about the differences between the hotels\u2019 own claims and those confirmed by external audits or
