Sin embargo ha enfatizado que el destinatario de la inversi\u00f3n &#8220;debe ser el patrimonio p\u00fablico, en ning\u00fan caso, el negocio tur\u00edstico&#8221;, adviertiendo &#8220;del peligro de la inversi\u00f3n en la desestacionalizaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de nuevas modalidades de turismo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan indican, &#8220;tenemos un impuesto con vocaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica que, peligrosamente, y a pesar mencionen en primer t\u00e9rminos los proyectos ambientales, prev\u00e9 la financiaci\u00f3n de proyectos de fomento de la desestacionalizaci\u00f3n, creaci\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n de productos tur\u00edsticos y promoci\u00f3n del turismo sostenible y de temporada baja&#8221;, lo cual, seg\u00fan constatan, &#8220;es directamente incompatible con la sostenibilidad que pretende&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la &#8220;amenaza de la destrucci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica provocada por la superpoblaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica&#8221;, se\u00f1ala que la &#8220;\u00fanica&#8221; finalidad del impuesto tur\u00edstico deber\u00edan ser medidas &#8220;de l\u00edmites y contenci\u00f3n de la oferta tur\u00edstica (todo el a\u00f1o), reinvertir la tendencia de explotaci\u00f3n y degradaci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales y recuperaci\u00f3n los valores naturales y del patrimonio hist\u00f3rico y cultural&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p
