Re-launch of the ‘Working Group on Accessible Tourism’

Re-launch of the 'Working Group on Accessible Tourism'

On the 10th of July, the ISTO Working Group on Accessible Tourism met virtually with the participation of a dozen ISTO member organisations or partners who wish to move up a gear so that this group can meet more regularly on themes of interest to the members.

The first topic to be addressed and which will be the subject of work over the next few months is to identify and share specific health measures that have been adopted in various countries and regions for people with disabilities so that common recommendations can be drawn up to be promoted at the international level.

ISTO member organisations interested in participating or following the work of this group are invited to contact Annette Masson (Association Tourisme et Handicap in France) who is coordinating this group: [email protected].

ISTO’s working group on accessible tourism wishes to meet regularly and invites other members to join.

Information on accessible tourism is also available on the working groups page.
