Following an International Tourism Partnership stakeholder dialogue day on water and the hotel industry, WWF’S Claire Bramley provided Green Hotelier with an introduction to water stewardship for hotels.
She shared some great resources at the following websites:
- WWF’s water stewardship web pages
- CEO Water Mandate, launched in July 2007 by the UN Secretary-General. It is a public-private initiative designed to assist companies in the development, implementation, and disclosure of water sustainability policies and practices
- CDP an international NGO providing ways for companies and cities to measure, disclose, manage and share vital environmental information including on water
- OOSKA, an up-to-date source of global water and water-related news
